We are also in the process of creating a gigantic network of networks with tools for collaboration and organizing. In this way, each city and village can self-organize with citizen participation as they choose with direct, bottom up democracy. The economy is crucial and each town or city can collaborate with all the others to find the best economy they can.
It is with feedback loops and transparency that each town can constantly be improving. It is in this way that the best, most just economy will evolve with the ease of availability of all human needs for everyone, to be the reference point. Economies that incentivize collaboration, cooperation, compassion, equality, and morality.
A social contract that all can agree upon which embodies human values, i.e. freedom, security, peace, justice, respect for the environment, etc. When towns can achieve this, it is possible to confederate and then cities and towns can work together to insure adequate resources and supplies. utopiacornucopia.org
